Home Visiting London River Cruises
Thames River Cruise
thames-cruise2The Thames flows through the heart of London, and one of the best ways to see the city sights is on a river cruise. Several companies offer cruises from various departure points, but Westminister Pier is a good central point with several options. From here you can go upriver to Kew Gardens and Hampton Court, or downriver to Greenwich and the Thames Barrier. For shorter trips, the cruise between Westminister Pier and Tower Bridge is highly recommended. The 25-minute trip passes highlights such as the Millennium Bridge, St.Paul's and the Globe Theatre.
