The London Eye
london-eye-pod_1 The London Eye is a major feature of London's skyline. It is the world's highest observation wheel and offers passengers spectacular views of over 55 of London's most famous landmarks - all in just 30 minutes.

The London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel, is the tallest (its height is 135 metres (443 ft)) Ferris wheel in Europe, and has become the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom, visited by over 3 million people a year. The wheel revolves slowly enough to allow riders to board or disembark without its stopping. During the 30-minute revolution, riders are treated to a breathtaking view of the city of London. On a clear day, one can see as far as 25 miles (40 kilometers) in all directions.
